Ordering online is easy! Simply click on the "ORDER NOW" links located with each listing for the products you wish to purchase. When you check out your order, you will be given the opportunity to pay by PayPal, Cheque/Money Order or Gift Certificate. Credit Card information is collected using PayPal's easy and secure system. NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED to make purchases with a valid credit card. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your payment. Please also note that prices on your invoice will be shown in Canadian dollars. Your credit card statement will show the Canadian price converted into your own currency, and the vendor will display as "PayPal - New World Media Artists."

Ordering by telephone, along with online ordering, is the quickest way to receive your shipment or download access. We accept Visa and Mastercard over the telephone.

To Order by Mail:

Simply click on the "ORDER NOW" buttons that correspond with the items you wish to purchase. When you are done making your selections, and "Check Out," you will be prompted for mailing information and your email address. Just follow the instructions on your screen, print out the completed form and send, along with a Canadian funds money order, or certified check for the correct amount, to the address shown on the form. At no time will you be asked for any financial information online, so do not be afraid to follow the order process through to the end. Your order will not be processed until we receive your payment. Please make money orders and certified checks payable to "Leila Vey Christensen" We're sorry, we do not accept personal checks unless they are certified.

PLEASE NOTE: CANADIAN FUNDS MONEY ORDERS can be conveniently purchased at your local Post Office.

Unfortunately, Canadian shipping services offer very little in the way of FAST shipping at reasonable prices to overseas customers. If anyone knows of a cost effective alternative that is fast and insured, I would love to hear about it. (Email me.) Finding a distributor or reseller in Europe might help make things easier for our international friends, so if you know of someone who might be interestested, please contact me.

Currency Issues:

Exchange rates fluctuate. Please use the "Convert Currency" link above to calculate how much these Canadian dollar amounts will be in your own currency.

Your invoice will show the cost in Canadian funds, but these will be converted to your own currency on your credit card statements.

When your payment has been processed, we will email you a link and password which will allow you to download your purchases from a secure page, or ship your order.

When ordering, it is very important that you provide correct information so that we can process your order easily and efficiently. Be sure to include your correct email address so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order.

We will not sell your personal information to any third party, and you will receive no further contact from us unless you opt to be on our mailing list. We also do not keep a database, other than our email list, so your information will not be stored on our system. We treasure our own privacy; we value yours as well.

Credit card information is collected online using an SSL secure server provided by PayPal.

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds:

Orders for shipped products are mailed every morning, Monday to Saturday. You can cancel an order as long as it has not already been shipped. Please contact us and indicate your wish to cancel. Please be sure to note your order number in the appropriate field.

Because we try to process download requests as quickly as possible for your convenience, orders for downloaded products are more difficult to cancel. If you decide to cancel a download order, please notify us as quickly as possible and we will try to stop the order. Please note that if payment has already been processed and access codes have been granted for downloads, your order cannot be cancelled. There are no refunds on downloads.

We try to give you plenty of ability to preview material before you purchase. As such, we will only accept returns on shipped products on an individually assessed basis. In the unlikely event that you have some kind of problem with your product, please contact us. In case of returns, we will ship out a replacement, or simply refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling), depending upon which you prefer, (after we receive your returned product.) Refunds or replacements will not be made for scratched, abused, damaged or tampered with goods that have been opened.
